Our commitment is to perform all contracted work to the highest industry standards, as detailed in the project’s official Service Proposal.

Financial Terms & Conditions

Project Deposits A project deposit is required to secure materials and schedule services. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The specific amount and terms of the deposit are explicitly defined in the Service Proposal provided to and agreed upon by the client.
Refund Policy Upon completion of the contracted services, all payments are final and no refunds will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to raise any concerns regarding the services performed during the project’s execution. Our team is committed to addressing issues promptly to ensure the results align with the agreed-upon proposal before the project is finalized.
Final Payment Final payment for the total agreed-upon price is due immediately upon project completion. Services are considered complete once our crew has concluded their work on the property as outlined in the Service Proposal.
Client Acknowledgement By commissioning services from Horizon Lawn Care, the client signifies their understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this policy and within their Service Proposal.
